Hi, I’m Andrey. I am a TCS student from Moscow, Russian Federation. I am still figuring out my “hobbies”, but definitely enjoy programming and reading books. :D

I began coding in school and loved tinkering with computers ever since. Some of my code can be found on my Forgejo instance and GitHub. I use my own physical servers for various tasks because I enjoy the process and it allows for true privacy and self-sufficiency.

About this website

This is my personal website. Here I write about whatever crosses my mind. I always wanted my very own place on the internet, and this is as customisable and independent as it gets. Can’t guarantee 99.999% uptime, but can add stars to a page’s background. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It’s currently powered by Hugo, and existed in some form since 2022, when I first dabbled in owning a server. It may look a bit basic, but I prefer it that way. The web is infuriatingly bloated these days, and I believe we should avoid pages over 1mb in size. Makes the site compatible with phones and accessible too! While things might move around in the future, there’s a changelog for that.
